Friday lunch kicks off the salt-air celebration with quintessential, Maine lobster salad with tarragon aioli, stuffed into house-made, buttered, brioche buns and served with French fries, $18. Saturday and Sunday brunch continues with savory Lobster Benedict topped with poached eggs, avocado, bacon and house made Bernaise sauce on a fried-green tomato, $21.
