From 11 a.m. – 2p.m., toast with champagne, bloody marys, hibiscus mojito, or other hand-crafted cocktails and freshsqueezed juices. The extensive, ala carte brunch menu begins with classic dishes and crowd favorites: lobster bisque, crab croquette, crispy enoki mushroom; chicken meatballs, coconut ginger broth, peagreens, cashews, chili oil; little gem wedge, bacon, pickled red onion, tomato, egg, dolce Gorgonzolavinaigrette; Hudson Valley foie gras French toast, fig jam, foie gras crème anglaise, pistachio, organicquail egg, and more.
Entrée selections include but not limited to Maine lobster roll, lemon dressed chicory, tarragon aioli,house brioche, hot dog bun; Brulé chicken & waffle; Allen Farms chicken thigh, corn bread waffle,cheddar, bacon, chipotle aioli, maple syrup; Scottish salmon, potato pancake, asparagus, poached egg,sauce Bearnaise, port reduction; and crab tortellini, black truffle, corn soubise, basil oil.
Selections of desserts include a décadent flourless chocolate cake; signature pistachio crème brulée;house-made ice creams and sorbets and other sweet options.
Window seats are plentiful as the entire perimeter of the corner location is floor to ceiling windowsallowing for abundance of natural light to pour in for brunch celebrations.
