Chef Suzanne Perrotto of Brule Bistro celebrates International Women’s Day

Delray Beach FL., MARCH 1, 2018— Chef Suzanne Perrotto of Brule Bistro celebrates International Women’s Day on Friday, March 8 with one the signature cocktails, The Lady Rules featured as a as a happy hour special. This Tanqueray gin cocktail is mixed with lavender simple syrup, served over ice, and garnished with a fragrant, burning, rosemary sprig. In addition, any guest who orders the special cocktail and shares their pic to Instagram, will be invited back for an exclusive reservation for the soft opening of soon-to-open, Rose’s Daughter, American-Italian Trattoria in May, also located in Downtown Delray in the Pineapple Grove neighborhood.

Rose’s Daughter, is a new restaurant concept for Perrotto which harkens back to her family’s restaurant in New York. Perrotto’s mother, Linda Rose was the pioneering chef /owner of the restaurant and her entrepreneurial spirit and strength inspired Chef Suzanne to follow her dreams and pursue a culinary career of her own. “Paying it forward and women supporting women has been a source of strength for me,” says Perrotto. “What better way to share the joys of International Women’s Day and for that matter all days than by including our guests in our success.”

The new eatery will feature outdoor patio seating, open kitchen, pastry galley, full bar and Bastardo’s, a late-night courtyard for live music and cocktails. Newly certified in Neapolitan pizza making, Perrotto will serve hand crafted, made from scratch pies in a rustic pizza oven, plus homemade pastas, charcuterie, cheeses, and dishes from her mom’s original menu whose epicurean style combined tradition with seasonal ingredients–steeped in generations of authentic Italian cuisine.

As with all new concepts, the Rose’s Daughter restaurant operation will open softly; select guests, friends and family members will be invited to participate in “test nights” for food & beverage presentations,  service and kitchen operations. “Success of Brule has been building over ten years thanks to dedicated and raving guests, it just makes sense to include their input in our new endeavor,” added Perrotto.
