Introducing Valentine’s Day Dinner and Foodgasm Classes


January 15, 2019 – Delray Beach, FL – For many couples, choosing to revel in romance happens not on Valentine’s Day, but in the days surrounding February 14 due to scheduling, kids and busy restaurants. Brulé Bistro is happy to offer a “flight of foodgasm’ classes for Valentine’s Day, in addition to the multi-course Valentines dinner. Foodgasm classes are min- courses of the Valentine’s dinner, but instead offers a tasting paired with wine.  The class schedule is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 2:00 – 4:00 to demonstrate and share items of the menu for $18 per person.

Tuesday, Feb 12: Hamachi Crudo & Crushed Avocado Tostada/ Jumbo Asparagus & Smokey Speck.

Wednesday, Feb 13: Crispy Duck Breast / Banana Bread Pudding
